• No-Return Policy for Custom Items: Due to the fully personalized nature involving your unique number, photo, and text, completed cards cannot be returned or refunded except for manufacturing defects.

• Content Confirmation: You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided number, text, and for owning rights to the photograph.

• Proof Approval is Final: Your approval of the digital proof, especially the foil simulation, authorizes production. Review carefully.

• Foil Process Note: Slight variations in foil application are inherent to the hand-finished process and are not considered defects.
