• No Design Alterations: The layout, font styles, color schemes (where fixed), and graphic elements of the templates cannot be changed.

• No-Return Policy for Custom Items: As each card is a personalized creation featuring your unique photograph and words, completed orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except for verifiable manufacturing or printing defects.

• Material Quality Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a high-resolution image (300 DPI minimum is recommended) and proofread text. Image quality directly impacts the final print result.

• Proof Approval is Final and Binding: Your approval of the digital proof authorizes the commencement of production. Please review all elements meticulously before approving.

• Quality Assurance Window: Any concerns regarding the physical quality of the received product must be reported within 7 days of delivery for assessment.
